What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping on orders over €59 (Germany) €79 (Netherlands/Belgium)
€5.95 shipping fee for orders under €59 (Germany) €79 (Netherlands/Belgium)
All prices include applicable VAT.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 0-1 (Netherlands/Belgium) 1–3 (Germany) business days after receipt of payment. During peak periods, it may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipment Tracking (Track & Trace)

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace link from PostNL or DHL. This allows you to follow your order live at any time.

Delivery Issues

Was your package delivered to a pickup point?
We’re sorry about that. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If you’re not satisfied, we recommend filing a complaint directly with DHL.

Did your order arrive damaged?
If the delivery driver is still there, we recommend refusing the package. If the driver has already left, please contact DHL to file a complaint. Our packages are securely and safely packed. Afterwards, feel free to contact us so we can work on a solution together.

Your package hasn’t arrived?
First, please check the track & trace link in your shipping confirmation. Do you see anything unusual or has the status not changed? Then contact us—we’re happy to help.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

Received the wrong or a damaged product?
No problem. We’ll send you a replacement free of charge or refund the full purchase price—whichever you prefer. Simply contact us at hello@easypets.com.

Return an unopened product?
You have 30 days from receipt to return unopened products. We cover the return costs and can provide a free return label upon request.

Opened or used product?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. This especially applies to hygiene items such as puppy pads.
